Dear customers, to improve the quality of Full Quotation enquiries coming through our website, we've restricted the order process to customers who have registered an account with us. This is to help us focus on providing excellent service to existing customers. 

We welcome new customers everyday. Registration is a one time process, free, fast, mostly approved and during business hours. The information required is the same as when the order process was unrestricted anyway. 

We've had to do this for security reasons. To protect ourselves and our clients. Increasingly corporate emails are being used to place fake orders. Also, we find that non corporate emails such as hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc, are sometimes used for nefarious activity and spaming. Nothing personal but if you have one of these and haven't heard from us after registration then please call to have the account manually activated. Tel, 07950 173 224.  And unfortunately, some have literally become obsessed with our website so this form of control is helpful. 

Existing customers can order any time by logging into their account. Forgotten password? Use the feature to get a new one. Email and phone orders  - Customers may also enquire by forwarding a list of desired products for a quote or call to discuss. 

Once registered, please check your inbox for our email and follow instruction to validate your account otherwise nothing will happen.

In response to customer feedback, from Monday 16th August 2021, the minimum spend on our website will be reduced from £250.00 to £50.00.

Please note that this figure does not include courier charges.

National Pallet Delivery Service

DeluxeHire has resumed its pallet delivery service nationwide but not all goods can be palleted. If your venue is outside London, please enquire for a competitive quote. Please note that hired goods delivered on wooden or in container pallet will need re-packing as delivered otherwise courier will not collect. It is your responsibility. Please also consider storage for the crates.
